Ruslan Bodelan is a recent graduate from the University of California San Diego with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts (ICAM) and a minor in Design.

 

From an early age, Ruslan's passion for art and technology was sparked by visits to a variety of art museums and the vibrant influence of his father's nightclub in Ukraine, where he was introduced to the world of music. This unique combination of experiences inspired his journey toward becoming a computer artist, graphic designer, electronic composer, 3D artist, and marketing manager.

Throughout his academic and professional journey, Ruslan has developed a diverse and advanced skillset, with his work highlighting his ability to merge artistic vision with technical precision. As a graphic & fashion designer, 3D artist, and marketing manager, he has refined his skills in using industry-standard software, product / social media marketing, working with / leading a team, and attention to detail. As a computer artist, VJ, and music producer / audio engineer, he gained experience with computer programming, video engineering, and sound design. Additionally, he is skilled in prototyping, product design, communication, and learning.

Outside of work, his dedication to the creative arts continues, with creative hobbies such as music production and DJing through the Enter Name project, virtual reality performance, playing video games, messing around with synthesizers, journaling, or doing photography. Ruslan also participated in The Deejays and Vinylphiles Club (DVC) at UCSD as a marketing manager and production coordinator for 2+ years.
